1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all regions within India, including metro cities, Tier 1, Tier 2, and select Tier 3 cities, subject to the serviceability of our courier partners. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure your delivery address includes a valid PIN code.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods, such as festivals (e.g., Diwali, Holi) or promotional events. We will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, ₹99 flat rate.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days, ₹199 flat rate (available in select cities).

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹2999 (applies to Standard Shipping only).

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected method and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (may take up to 10 days for remote or rural areas).

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (available in select metro and Tier 1 cities).

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, festivals, regional restrictions, or courier delays beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package through our courier partners’ websites (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, or DTDC). If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at loveovercrust@gmail.com

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@loveovercrust.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue, which may take up to 7–10 business days.

7. Perishable Goods

If your order includes perishable items (e.g., food products), we use insulated packaging and, where necessary, dry ice or cooling packs to maintain quality during transit. Perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. We are not responsible for spoilage due to delays caused by incorrect addresses, unattended deliveries, or failure to refrigerate/freeze items promptly.

8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid PIN code and contact number. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may have regional shipping restrictions due to local regulations or courier limitations (e.g., restrictions on shipping certain food items to specific states).

  • During extreme weather conditions or government-imposed restrictions (e.g., lockdowns), shipping may be delayed or suspended. We will notify you of any such issues.

10. Customs and Duties

Since all shipments are within India, no customs duties or import taxes apply. However, any local taxes (e.g., GST) will be included in the order total at checkout.
